I am a 1.5-gen Filipino-American artist and therapist.
My practice is rooted in compassionate and whole-person care, informed by an anti-oppressive framework that acknowledges the ways systems of power create and perpetuate harm, often leaving us disconnected from ourselves and our inner knowing.
My lived experience as a highly-sensitive person (HSP) and the youngest daughter of immigrant parents deeply shapes how I see and move through the world—and how I show up as a therapist.
I prioritize building a container of safety and trust so that you feel empowered to show up fully, in all your parts—messy, sensitive, silly, all of it—without needing to justify who you are. My hope is to support you in recognizing and trusting your needs, to ultimately reconnect with yourself and feel at home in your own mind and body. This can be a long and hard journey, but a little easier with some help! Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, identity concerns, or big life transitions, I’ll meet you where you’re at with warmth, honesty, and care.
I work with teens (16+) and adults of all ages, with particular interest in supporting young adults, new parents, and folks of color. I have experience working with children, teens, parents, families, and adults in agency and private settings.

How I Work
Each therapist works differently, depending on their own lived experience and chosen therapeutic approaches. My approach blends a combination of the modalities below, with a primary focus on building compassion for yourself.
-
ACT emphasizes acceptance of hardship and commitment to mindful action that aligns with what matters to you. We’ll work together to face pain with courage and figure out how to live a meaningful, value-driven life.
-
Attachment Theory is a framework that emphasizes the significance of early childhood bonds, and how they can impact our relationship with ourselves and others.
-
CFT is an evolutionary-based therapy, drawing from attachment theory and the importance of a secure base and safe haven. We’ll work towards building up your soothing system so that you are able to offer yourself compassion rather than criticism or hostility.
-
DBT combines components of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mindfulness and acceptance-based strategies. We’ll discuss ways to handle intense emotions and stress while still staying connected to yourself.
-
IFS is a powerful therapeutic lens that views each human as a system of protective and wounded parts lead by a core Self. We’ll explore and address conflicts within these parts to create inner harmony and strengthen the internal system.
-
A well known intervention that examines how our thoughts impact our emotions and behavior, and vice versa. CBT focuses on recognizing and shifting thought patterns and behaviors that may be more harmful than helpful.
